Our knowledge-based services are focused on the post-implementation optimization of the customer's process.

Once a system is in place, the customer collects data, or we have our technicians and engineers visit the site to collect data. We review the performance of the system and look for ways to optimize the solutions.

We look to improve the process, and do what's necessary to make the customer's own solution perform better. A lot of times it involves altering the software programs or adding more technology to the solution for better control. So, we follow up with the customer in about 90 days with our analysis and recommendations, and proceed with a proposal at the client’s request. Our service is primarily is one of systems optimization. The engineered solutions we provide are virtually maintenance free.
